Arriving passengers are now able to walk to the Itram kiosks, located between the baggage carousels and the Customs counters, where they will be advised of all public transport options and costs. Once the passenger has made his/her choice of transport, the relevant ticket will be purchased at that very point before entering the arrival hall. A dedicated Itram escort will then lead the passenger to the first public transport operator in the queue of the mode of transport selected. The passenger is then transported to the end destination.

This new technology-based system and dedicated facilities offer travellers a quicker, safer, more organised and regulated public transport service. Passengers can feel assured that they will be receiving a reputable service (See our CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE ) at a reasonable and acceptable rate. Tariffs will be displayed inside all airport-approved vehicles and brochures.
